Explosive Sound Discos are a well established mobile disco offering a professional service for all occasions at very competitive rates.

We provide mobile disco and entertainment services to over 180 parties, functions and events a year, and with over 16 years’ experience you can be sure of the highest quality service.

I do disco's for 16 schools in my area.

We can cater for any type of event, be it wedding, birthday, anniversary or school prom. We also specialise in children’s entertainment, and teenage parties are available with up to date chart music, Dance & R’n’B.

I am a member of N,A.D.J. I have quality sound system, bubble machine, LED lighting & Geometric Lasers. All my equipment is PAT tested and I have full liability insurance.

Helping To Make Your Wedding Day Memorable
Your Wedding Day is one of the most important days of your life, and in the midst of all the planning and preparation it can be easy to overlook the importance of booking the right DJ for your wedding entertainment.

When you book Explosive Sound you can be sure that you’re placing your entertainment in the hands of an experienced team who are passionate about creating a great party atmosphere. Wedding discos are a speciality for Explosive Sound, and you can expect these great benefits from us:

Prior to the event:

* We are happy to give advice on timings for the day, i.e. speeches, buffet, cutting of the cake and first dance.
* You can request up to 12 songs in advance to be played during the evening to help personalise the evening.
* We will always visit the venue if we are unfamiliar with it prior to the reception, to determine what lighting is most appropriate to create the best effect.

On The Day:

* We will always be appropriately dressed.
* We are open to requests throughout the evening with an extensive range of music and CDs covering all the most popular music throughout the decades, including up to date chart music.
* Use of microphone during speeches if required.
* Alongside our professional sound and LED lighting system, we can provide a bubble machine to catch that romantic moment.

An added dimension if there are likely to be a lot of young children present is forty-five minutes of children’s entertainment prior to all important first dance. Children’s entertainment includes action songs, games and prizes.

Children's Parties
We pride ourselves on our age related children’s parties which we have now been running for over seven years.

Explosive Sound Discos offer two hours of action packed fun with a break half way through for the birthday tea (over to you!). We will ensure every child is included in the fun throughout, whilst the birthday child remains the centre of attention and, of course, win a prize at their own birthday celebration!

For five year old parties we cater for up to thirty children, six and above thirty–five children.

We hold a list of suitable venues and their phone numbers for most areas of Northamptonshire and work within a radius of approximately 40 minutes travel time from Kettering.
