Wedding and Party DJ and Disco Services
Mikasa can provide independent DJ, lighting and special effects services through to complete event management; a fully rounded service covering every aspect of planning, onsite coordination and post event evaluation.
Music can make or break an event. We will meet you or telephone in advance to discuss your music preferences as well as visiting the venue to assess the sound requirements. You are welcome to provide CDs or a list of desired (and undesired!) tunes to ensure a personal touch, which caters perfectly for your guests.
We carry a wide selection of music and will take requests in person or by text on the night - if we don't already have it we'll download it on the spot using our mobile internet connection. During the pre-event briefing we will also ask you about dress code so we can match the tone you're aiming for.
Once a booking has been made we will make an appointment, at your convenience, to discuss your individual requirements. Once confirmed, you will be sent a booking contract outlining our commitment, services and charges which you will be asked to sign and return.
If your venue is new to us we will organise a site visit with venue staff to ensure our sound and lighting provision is perfect for your occasion.
Approximately one month before the event we will contact you again to confirm the arrangements, discuss your play list needs and address any last minute requests. You are of course welcome to contact us at any other time with any questions or queries you may have.
On the day of your function we will arrive and set-up at an appropriate time agreed with you in advance.
