Here at Northern Lights & Sound UK we strive to provide top quality services for a good honest price. Below are our prices for various mobile wedding disco hire services we offer, if you don’t see something you need send us an e-mail with all your requirements and we will let you know how we can help you.


Costs
Disco with full lighting and sound rig including DJ for 5 hours £220
Only DJ - no equipment supplied for 5 hours £150
Karaoke (must be ordered with disco) £80
For extra hour plus £30 per hour
Delivery £0.30 per mile over 50 miles from Nottingham

Equipment
We use the latest technology to give our customers the cleanest sound for every event. We have a huge stock of industry standard lighting including a range of moving heads and the very best in laser technology. Each and every piece of equipment is checked before use to make sure your event has no unexpected problems. We can also provide you with a range of projectors and flat screen display equipment whatever your needs.

3D visualization
Once you've decided on your wedding or party theme and you know where your event will be happening,let us know what type of disco you require from us and we will custom create a 3D visualization for you so that you get an idea to what your event will look like.


On site visit
Sometimes it’s nice to speak face to face! Its also good for us to see the venue and explain to you how we can light the room and what space we need for the set-up. That’s why we can come out to you, some times on the same day and give you a idea of what we can provide along with a complete quote.

What we need
All we require are a minimum of 2x 230V sockets, an area to set up the size of 10 x 7 foot and 1.5 hours to set up. However if this is not available please let us know and we can work around you.

Starlit LED Dance Floors
Our White or Black Starlit LED Dance Floor is Perfect for both wedding receptions and corporate events. The design of the floor means it can be arranged in both square or rectangular shapes. This means it can be used as a catwalk or walkway for award nights and the isle at a wedding or civil ceremony. The floors lock together to ensure that guests cant trip while dancing on the floor. These dance floors have hundreds of LED's built into them, this allows the floor to look like its twinkling. Various settings available. Our staff will deliver, set up and pack down after the event so you wont have to worry about a thing.

Black & White Dance Floors
The Black and White Dance floor is a traditional chequered dance floor is much cheaper than the starlit dance floor but they still look great! This type of dance floor is available in various sizes however below are the most popular.

Starlit LED Tables
These unique features look fantastic when booked with our starlit dance floors.

The starlit LED tables are round and 6ft in diameter and so big enough to comfortably sit 10 people round it (a maximum of 12). Built into the top of each table are white LED's, these are controlled by a wireless hand held controller and have 6 speeds as well as all on (static) or all off.

The same controller that controls the LED tables also controls our starlit dance floors and so it is possible for the starlit tables and starlit dance floors to be in sync, this can work really well at a wedding reception where the tables and dance floor come to life for the bride and grooms first dance.

When a tablecloth is placed over the table the LED's shine through, the LED's even shine through plates!! The starlit tables are battery operated (so no need to be trailing wires across the venue), the battery has a life span of 15 hours and so will last the duration of pretty much every event!

Each 6ft round table is priced at £50.00

Dry Ice Effect
The Glaciator from Jem brings you a total, ground fog effect solution in a self-contained unit. Dispensing with the cost and logistical mess of Dry Ice and CO2, the Glaciator utilizes the simple but immensely effective Jem heavy fog fluids. This effect looks amazing when used for a first dance or when used down the wedding isle, The Glaciator creates a thick ground fog, very simple but an fantastic look.

Sky Tracker
We now offer a Magnum 1500 Space Flower also known as a Sky Tracker. This light projects 50 beams of light into the night sky using a 15000W lamp, these beams can be seen up to 3km away. This would create a fantastic effect for any event, the lamp is so powerful that we even have to contact the CAA when in use. It can be used in the rain, and only uses a 13amp Socket.

Flame Effect
Why not add some Flame lights to your event, these look fantastic placed next to doorways or the DJ, The lamp features a 1.4m high silk illuminated from beneath by 9 high intensity colour halogen lamps, replicating a moving flame effect.

Red Carpet
Ever wanted to walk down your very own red carpet? Well now you can, we have just added a 7m x 1m and 13m x 1m red carpet to our stock.

Drapes
White Drape is a much more cost effective way of covering large areas of a venue, our 6m x 3m drape comes complete with pipe and base to mount the drapes onto, our staff will do this for you.

This is available for £150 per drape.
