No Sales Pitch - selecting the right service provider for your event is important to us - even if it is not us. We will not give you a sales pitch, or keep chasing you every five minutes trying to persuade you to use our services. We do recommend that you check out other service providers to see what they can offer and how they compare to us.
We Are Not An Agency - when you book with us you only get Simon / Jay P as we do not sub-contract our bookings
Experienced & Trained - Both Simon and Jay P have over 12 years' experience within live entertainment.
Customer Service - we have the experience and knowledge to deliver a competent service, but listening to you is key to ensuring we deliver that service
Investment - We regularly invest back into the business from advertising to our website and refreshing the sound and lighting equipment
Value For Money - What we charge for our service is key. We do not offer package prices as the majority of service providers do. Our charge is not just for hire of equipment, it is the hire of qualified and experienced professionals to deliver a customised service
Reliable - We are always planning and making backup plans to ensure we maintain our 100% success rate. We have contingency plans in place should we need to utilise other resources.
