Soundstar Disco
Soundstar disco is a new 2009, family run venture based in Taunton, Somerset and our aim is to provide a quality sound and light show which can be tailored to suit any requirements you may have...at a price which won't break the bank.
We can cater for virtually any style of music and even offer the client the chance to choose all of, or as much of the playlist as they require, so whether it be 60's/70's/80's etc or a mixture of rock & pop, you can assured that your evening will comprise of the music YOU want.
Having played in various bands over the past 20 years, Paul Reading has gained much needed experience in PA and live sound and currently plays in a Status Quo tribute band so understands that the equipment has to be of a certain standard to produce the best results.
Soundstar use the same 3K PA rig for their discos as is used for the band, so volume or more importantly, sound quality is not a problem.
This together with the mixture of traditional lighting and modern LED's (& smoke) Soundstar are confident we can make your event a success.
At Soundstar, we'd like to be able to provide something a little bit above and beyond the usual...
Perhaps you would like some sort of quiz incorporated into your evening, or maybe Karaoke... Maybe yourself or someone you know is budding rock star and would like the opportunity to perform a couple of tracks on guitar, just let us know in advance and we will do our best to find an appropriate backing track. We will even bring the gear necessary including electric guitar and F/X processor ... and microphone too if they are brave enough to sing!
