What does our service include
An experienced DJ who will create an exhilarating atmosphere though awesome music and lighting effects.
A wide music selection (&- 30 000 songs) and guest are welcome to make a request or you can provide me a play list with songs you want played.
Professional service and set-up one and a halve hour before function starts.
Quality equipment, sound and lighting used.
For wedding a second system can be set-up at the church or garden ceremony at an additional cost.
Mobile disco / music
If entertainment is a priority at your function, then book* our reputable and professional Mobile Disco entertainment service well in advance. For our regular functions, we are able to provide Sound & Lighting for up to 150 guests.
Large indoor or outdoor functions that range from 200 - 1000 guests can also be catered for with additional Sound & Lighting re-enforcement provided on a contracted basis through our associates.
PA Sound
A compact PA Sound* system (including 2x cordless microphones) for your indoor or outdoor Wedding ceremony or Company presentation. These units can be used for background music during Pre-drinks and Cocktails before your function starts or even for small singing performances.
Lightning
For daytime functions, or where no lighting is required, prices can be much lower. We offer a range of lighting packages to suit your visual requirements and budget. These include: ambient (up-lights), decorative (fairy lights) and Chauvet lights (multi-colour effects lights with gobbles). Not forgetting our Effects (smoke machines, bubble machines) and much more. Our catalogue and price lists are included.
Services
Apart from just a DJ service at any type of function will be able to assist you in making your function memorable and successful and render the following services:
Chapel - Sound at the chapel at an additional cost and according to your requirements.
Weddings - A meeting before the wedding will ensure that the perfect music is played. At this meeting the background music, your walk in song, your first dance, Father-and-bride dance, your leaving song and many more will be discussed. As well as your musical needs and desires.
Corporate parties - Award evenings, team building or whatever reason your company is looking for, for hosting a superb evening.
Birthday parties - Any birthday party, whether it is for a 16 year old or even a 60 year old client.
School functions - Matric farewells, beauty pageants, Valentine's dances or even fund-raising evenings.
Other - Are you planning a dance, theme party, or kitchen tea?
Quotation
The following vital administrative-related information will assist us to provide you with a detailed quotation:
a) Date of function and starting time of function
b) Function venue & location of venue (travel time & fuel is additional cost for areas exceeding 50 km)
c) Hours of service including proposed start & close (service begins when the first guest arrives at the venue),
d) For weddings, do you require our service during (i) ceremony and (ii) reception or (iii) both?
e) For other functions e.g. corporate events or birthdays... do you require our service during (i) Pre-drinks (arrival of guests) or (ii) Main function or (iii) both?
f) Number of guests attending the function (this affects the sound & lighting equipment requirements),
g) Do you require an on site meeting?
h) General music requirements e.g. variety of music spanning over the decades.
Specials
We offer discounted rates on Mobile Disco & Lighting performances taking place between Monday - Thursday and during winter months, subject to availability. Terms and conditions apply!
Rates
Quotations will be provided that is tailor made to suit your pocket and function.
Bookings must be made two (2) weeks in advance and is only confirmed after half (1/2) of the quoted price is deposited into the account provided. The balance is payable on or before the function.
Cancellations on short notice will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel the event if there appear to be any irregularities.
